Here are some vocabulary might help you understand more about the video:   

- cardiovascular disease = heart disease, is a class of diseases that involve the heart, the blood vessels or both.

- prematurely = occurring or existing before the normal or expected time

- impromptu speech = speech that has to be made with little notice

- demoralize = To undermine the confidence.

- constrict   = make narrower

- oxytocin = 催產素

- resilience = elasticity, the ability of something to spring back into shape
