I've found such an interesting website recently. On the website, they will use three different words (usually are nones) to make a three-minute-long story. So, today I want to play the same game; of course, I made some changes in order to let the game become interesting.
In the first round, some rules must be followed.
Rule 1: I will assign a column to each of you in the round robin, and there are four words, you have to make a story, which must contain these four words.
Rule 2: You must speak AT LEAST 2 minutes, and finish it within three minutes.
In the second round, if you want to try the same topic, it is ok to practice the same topic again; alternatively, if you want more challenges, you can randomly choose any column. Still, you have to follow the same rules.
Here are some tips that I found useful when I practiced such a game myself.
Tip 1: You could describe a background. For example, once upon a time, in a remote village, there was a dog, named Tom.
Tip 2: you could leave one word until reaching two minutes so that you could continue your story based on the final word.
Tip 3: you could make several scenarios. For example, the dog wanted to eat the rabbit and then he went hunting the game; HOWEVER, just before the dog killed the rabbit, he noticed the rabbit was so cute and decided to fridend with it.
Tip 4: remember it is a story so the verb tense should the past tense.
